21+ Adult signature required on all tobacco deliveries
Age Verification

All orders containing tobacco products require age verification. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.

  • A valid government-issued ID must be presented at delivery
  • An adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery — no exceptions
  • Orders cannot be left unattended at the door
  • Failure to verify age will result in return of the package
Carriers & PACT Act Compliance

We ship via UPS and FedEx only. In compliance with the federal PACT Act, we do not ship tobacco products via USPS.

  • All shipments are declared and labeled as tobacco products
  • Carriers may require additional age verification at their discretion
Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a tracking confirmation once your order ships
  • During peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to states or localities that prohibit the sale or shipment of tobacco products. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to local restrictions, you will be notified and refunded in full.

  • Restrictions vary by state, county, and municipality
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to verify local laws prior to ordering
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be legally fulfilled
Failed Delivery & Returns

If delivery fails due to no adult signature, the carrier will make up to two additional delivery attempts.

  • Unclaimed packages will be returned to our facility
  • Returned packages may be subject to a restocking fee
  • Reshipping fees apply for re-delivery requests
  • Tobacco products cannot be returned once delivered due to compliance regulations
