Tobacco & Premium Cigar Products
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Item is unopened and factory-sealed in its original packaging Eligible
- Return is requested within 14 days of the delivery date
- Item is in the same condition as when it was received
- Any opened, unwrapped, or unsealed tobacco product Final Sale
- Items returned after 14 days of delivery
- Products that have been damaged after delivery
- Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales
Customers are solely responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels or cover any return freight charges.
- Ship returns via a trackable carrier — we are not responsible for lost return packages
- Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend insuring high-value shipments at your own cost
- Packages must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit
To request a return, contact our support team before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Email admin@rslcgroup.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will confirm eligibility within 2 business days
- Once approved, ship the item to the address provided in our response
- Do not send items back without prior written approval
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.
- Approved refunds are applied to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping charges are not refunded
- Return shipping costs are not refunded under any circumstances
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply on eligible returns
- You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation.
- Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted
- Provide clear photos of the item and original packaging
- We will review and respond within 2 business days
- Resolution may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion
