Tobacco & Premium Cigar Products

21+ All sales of opened tobacco products are final
Please read before purchasing: Due to the nature of tobacco products and applicable regulations, we only accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed packages. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Opened products are final sale — no exceptions.
Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return
  • Item is unopened and factory-sealed in its original packaging Eligible
  • Return is requested within 14 days of the delivery date
  • Item is in the same condition as when it was received
Not Eligible for Return
  • Any opened, unwrapped, or unsealed tobacco product Final Sale
  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery
  • Products that have been damaged after delivery
  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales
Return Shipping

Customers are solely responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels or cover any return freight charges.

  • Ship returns via a trackable carrier — we are not responsible for lost return packages
  • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We recommend insuring high-value shipments at your own cost
  • Packages must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit
How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, contact our support team before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Email admin@rslcgroup.com with your order number and reason for return
  • Our team will confirm eligibility within 2 business days
  • Once approved, ship the item to the address provided in our response
  • Do not send items back without prior written approval
Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

  • Approved refunds are applied to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping charges are not refunded
  • Return shipping costs are not refunded under any circumstances
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply on eligible returns
  • You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation.

  • Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted
  • Provide clear photos of the item and original packaging
  • We will review and respond within 2 business days
  • Resolution may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion
